Delivery

All our garments are made to order.

All garments are beautifully packaged in our presentation box and packaged neatly with protective wrapping.

Our delivery time is 3-4 weeks from date of order by DPD courier. We will provide a tracking number so that you can track your parcel.

If you would like to order but the delivery time is too long, then please get in touch. 

We can add a fast track to your order for £15 per garment.

 

Returns Policy

We offer a full refund (excluding any to/from shipping costs) if goods are returned with 14 days of shipping date. 

Garments must be unworn and returned in its original packaging by recorded mail (payable by customer) with the tamper proof ribbon, including tags still attached. If the garment is returned to us without the tamper proof ribbon attached, we will not refund your purchase.

Please notify us by e-mail before sending back your parcel and we will instruct you on how to return them.

Payments will be refunded using the same credit card that was used during the payment process and can take up to 28 days to clear.

Please note: the tamper proof ribbon does not restrict the trying on of our dresses. 

Cancellation

We understand that deciding on the right bridesmaid dress is important to our brides which is why we offer a 3-day cancellation policy. If you decide to cancel because the dresses aren’t quite what you are looking for, then please get in touch within 3 days of ordering.

If you decide the dresses aren’t quite what you are looking for after the 3-day cancellation period, please get in touch and we will refund 70% off the dress cost inclusive of shipping.

Payments will be refunded using the same credit card that was used during the payment process and can take up to 28 days to clear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Exchange

We will exchange goods for a smaller/ larger size upon request.

If you are happy with your garment but you require a smaller or larger size. Please get in touch by email and we will help you choose the right fit. 

 Customer must cover costs of re-shipping and sending garments back to us.
