We do not offer refunds on Bespoke Garments
As each garment is personally tailored, we are unable to resell an item to any other customer other than the customer placing the order, hence we cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart.
We are not a try & buy service.
Refunds on the basis of fit are considered a last resort, if you have attended all toile fittings (x3) then fit should not be the reason as we strive to make a garment to your exact measures. If you have not attended all toile fittings we can not be held liable if the garment is not to your exact measures.
A dress make credit will be granted when efforts to alter and/or remake the garment are unsuccessful. We do not issue cash refunds.
Bespoke garments are made specifically to a customers measures.
If you have started the design process and have paid your deposit and then decide to cancel?
We can refund your deposit within 7 days (right to cancel policy) but Unfortunately after 7 days we order in the fabric to make your garment & will not be able to refund your deposit amount.
I have moved away and cannot attend fittings
Unfortunately our service does not travel so to ensure the perfect fit then we advise customers to let us know at their earliest convenience so we can ensure the perfect end result.
Items can be posted out at an additional couriered cost
I have worn the garment to my occasion but I feel it needs further alteration after wear.
We understand that after wearing your garment you might want to change little things about the fit. Fabrics can stretch & move or you’ve decided you would like the sleeves, trouser taken in or even shortened. we are happy to offer 1 alteration for free but In the unlikely event that there are a few things you would like to change then we must charge for those alterations.
I intend to lose or I have gained weight
We must strive that when we take your measures for your garment, these are the exact measures your garment will be made to.
If you lose Or gain weight in the time I am making your garment then additional alteration costs may be incurred.
However, I always add an additional 2” in to my seam allowance just in case.
If you have any questions with regards to any of the above then please get in touch via our contact us page.
